90-min Shinobi Samurai Premium Experience @ Ninja Clan Dojo

・Opening meditation

You will enter the family dojo for training. The interpreter/trainer will ask you to sit down on a chair and ask the participants to close their eyes for a short meditation.

・Instructor Demonstration

The master ninja will greet the people and then say the ninja mantra. Once the prayer is over, he will dedicate his martial arts demonstration to the clan ancestors. The interpreter trainer will explain the meanings and backgrounds of his movements.

・Introduction to handmade shinobi tools and weapons

All of the weapons in the dojo are handcrafted in the Shibata Family workshop. You will find ninja stars, kunai and essential shinobi weapons and tools

・Namba (the art of physical finesse) and Stealth Steps

Learn the very basics of traditional bio-mechanics to restore natural body movements through Namba . There are three simple principles: Don’t twist, Don’t force and Don’t disconnect.
