Return and Exchange Procedure

If you wish to cancel your reservation due to your own reasons after the reservation is confirmed, you can cancel it until the cancellation deadline specified for each product. However, the refunded amount will be after deducting the settlement fee. After the specified deadline, no refund will be possible.
